FAQ’s on how our lead program works

1. How do I target my mailing?

Please provide the ages, income, and dwelling types you would like to target. For example: For a Final Expense mailing, you might target people aged 55-80, income of 15-50K, and omit po boxes. Or for an Annuity mailer, you might target people aged 60- 80, incomes 40K+, homeowners only. On Mortgage Protection mailers, please provide the mortgage amounts you would like to target. When providing your geography, please provide at least 6 zip codes in preferential order. This is the best way to ensure there will be no conflicts and you have enough geography to meet the minimum order.

2. How long until I receive leads?

From the date we receive the order, it will take approximately 3 1/2 weeks for you to receive
your leads. The day we receive the first response, we will scan and email the lead to the email
address provided. Twice a week we will mail the actual leads to you.

3. Are my areas protected?

Yes. Geography is protected for 60 days. Which means if someone has already mailed into
a zipcode you’ve requested, we will default to the next zipcode in your request. Likewise, if
someone wants to mail in a zip you’ve mailed, they will have to pick an alternate zipcode.

4. Can I customize my mailer or use something different?

Yes. But we reserve the right to deny a custom piece if we feel it is misleading on noncompliant. It is up to the individual agent to know the laws for mailing in their state.
